Customer Support Administrator (Music) – French & German Languages

You will work as part of our Customer Support Team to answer queries related to sales from our Musicroom.com and MusicshopEurope websites via email and telephone. This role will require excellent verbal and written German and French skills to provide a high level of service to our French and German customers.

Based in our Bury St Edmunds office and warehouse facility, this is a full-time permanent position reporting to the Customer Support Manager that is part of our close-knit Customer Support Team.
