Senior HR Manager - Europe

The Senior HR Manager - Europe will deliver the HR plan and people initiatives across the UK and Europe, leading the European HR team, and developing policies and procedures that reflect the company values to create a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone feels equally valued and respected. This role will drive key HR processes including talent acquisition, professional development, performance management and employee engagement, as well as ensuring compliance with local European laws and regulations relating to HR. Based in our central London office, this is a full-time permanent position reporting to the UK Managing Director.

A training and development programme will be provided to enable you to deliver all job functions. Ongoing training and courses will be scheduled as appropriate

Probationary Period

All new employees are subject to a probationary period of three months.

Remuneration

Remuneration

Remuneration will be commensurate with the level of experience and responsibility and is paid monthly. A basic salary will be offered to the successful applicant.
