BBC Music Introducing LIVE

Hal Leonard Europe Partners with BBC Music Introducing LIVE

Europe’s largest printed music publisher and distributor to participate in music industry sessions at BBC Music Introducing LIVE, October 31 – November 2, at Tobacco Dock, London.

This exciting event will see 20,000 aspiring musicians and future industry stars gather for three days of seminars, presentations, interviews and panel discussions featuring A-list representatives from across the music business.

HLE will present alongside some of its key distribution partners – RSL and AVID – to collectively showcase their extensive range of printed music and software resources in a specially designated room at the historic docklands venue.

100s of Hal Leonard folios featuring sheet music for contemporary chart hits will be on sale and available to try out on six digital pianos. The stand will also feature some of HLE’s other distributed lines: Flight Ukuleles and ROLI’s ground breaking Lightpad Block M and RISE synth.

AVID will present the latest versions of its industry-standard Pro Tools and Sibelius software. RSL will present its Rockschool graded exam materials, REPLAY digital practice tools, graduate diploma and teacher programmes.

The focus of the shared room and combined presence of HLE, RSL and AVID at the event is a schedule of professional development content each day dedicated to building music industry skills. These sessions will examine a selection of topics with a host of experts on hand to offer advice and guidance for young practitioners.

HLE and UK Music have also teamed up to present a session dedicated to Music Copyright in the Roadhouse space on October 31 (see here). All the sessions are free to enter for event ticket holders.

There’s never been a show quite like BBC Music Introducing LIVE for bringing together the Music Industries with the next generation of music makers. At Hal Leonard Europe we’re thrilled to be presenting at this year’s event with our friends at RSL and AVID and showcasing the breadth of what we have to support music creatives.
