Leading sheet music publisher and distributor Hal Leonard Europe (HLE) has today announced that it will start selling Digital Sheet Music via its Musicroom.com webstore.
The digital scores are drawn from the catalogue of Hal Leonard, the world’s largest source of music publications, and cover a wide range of genres – from essential Classical pieces to the latest Pop releases – and arranging styles, including piano, guitar, ukulele, choir and many more. Over 150,000 titles are now available, with further titles being added all the time.
The range includes downloads for selected pieces for the new ABRSM Piano Syllabus 2021 & 2022. These are the first-ever ABRSM digital products and their release marks an exciting new chapter for ABRSM.
The digital scores are delivered as PDF files to view online, download, save and print, and are compatible with any device. Purchases are stored online in a Digital Library for the user to return to anytime they like.
Many of the digital scores now come with interactive previews powered by Noteflight technology, which allow the user to customize the note size, transpose and hear the score playback before download or printing out.
‘We are very pleased to announce the introduction of Digital Sheet Music on Musicroom.com, which further expands the sheet music catalogue we offer and underlines Musicroom.com’s position as the no. 1 destination for musicians online. Digital scores have become fully established as an important option for music makers in recent years, and Noteflight technology makes digital sheet music more accessible than ever.’
