We are looking for candidates with the following skills
- Broad understanding of guitar products as well as general knowledge of music technology products is needed
- A proactive individual who is confident to pick up the phone and engage with current and potential customers with excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, flexible office environment and able to quickly build an in-depth knowledge of our products
- Sales driven and passionate about music
- Previous professional experience in MI & Pro Audio or music retail is preferred
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing incoming sales orders for MI & Pro Audio Trade accounts, as well as making outgoing, proactive sales calls with clear agenda and objectives
- Responding to customer service enquiries, administering credit notes and returns authorisation
- Supporting other sales and office administrative functions
- Coordinating digital sales and distribution of Pro Audio products and digital platform administration
- Contributing to MI & Pro Audio product training for trade sales teams, and eventual product presentations
- Identifying sales opportunities from existing customers based on orders placed, passing on sales leads to the Sales Manager – MI & Pro Audio
