However, we are always looking to progress in support of our values and we recognise that there is work to do to build upon what we have already achieved. To do this we have identified six key areas in which we are committed to action:

We are making Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) central to our Vision, Mission and Values, and a strategic priority within our business, with budgetary allocation to facilitate progress, and specific attention given by the Senior Management Team.

We are widening the influence on our strategic direction via the appointment of an advisory group, who will help us develop our plans and regularly review our progress.
3.
We are developing internal representatives to champion and embed EDI values, and initiate education programs, to include anti-racist and unconscious bias training for all staff.
4.
We are ensuring that our recruitment practices are inclusive and promote diversity, our employment practices nurture progression, and equal opportunities are created to support new entrants to our workforce.
5.
We are reviewing our communications, marketing and learning materials to ensure accessibility and promote diversity.
6.
We are reviewing our existing product catalogue and processes for creating new products to ensure that they reflect our values.
